Health Advocacy & Coaching

You deserve to be heard.

Whether you have been to a licensed health professional (or several) and not been heard or validated, or you are hesitant to start the process - you deserve to be heard. Your concerns are valid.

Maybe to tried to talk to a licensed health professional about libido concerns or pain with sex. You may have been told "this is just normal," "just try to relax," or "have a glass of wine." You likely left your appointment feeling like you didn't get the answers or direction you had hoped for.

I want to help you navigate these appointments. I want to help set you up for success by arming you with knowledge and preparing you to advocate for yourself.
